Made to order
Every Charted poster is printed on demand especially for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. This keeps quality high and waste low, and it’s why a little production time is built in before dispatch.
Production & delivery times
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is then added on top and depends on your destination:
- United Kingdom: roughly 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Europe: roughly 4–8 business days after dispatch
- United States & rest of world: roughly 5–12 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can occasionally add time. Exact shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Where the shipping method supports it, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Damaged or misprinted items
We stand behind every print. If your poster arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the original.
Personalised items & change of mind
Because each poster is custom-made with your chosen name and flag, we’re unable to accept returns simply for change of mind. Please double-check your spelling and flag in the live preview before ordering — what you see there is exactly what we print. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct it before the poster goes to print.
